Restrictions
Purchases by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted in the United Kingdom where Ezee Products Ltd. is registered. You must be eighteen (18) years of age, and possess a valid credit card to purchase our products.
Ezee Products Ltd will not sell our products to minors. Ezee Products Ltd reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.
Shipping, Availability, Refunds and Returns
Free postage & packaging for products are only available for BFPO. Customers in European & International locations will incur additional shipping costs.

Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in England to which Ezee Products Ltd and the customer hereby submit.
Liability
To the extent allowed by the law, Ezee Products Ltd shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site in the following circumstances:
• for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made
• for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of Ezee Products Ltd or their suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
Payment
We accept payment from the major credit and debit cards.
Prices
Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to alteration by Ezee Products Ltd without prior notice. Price amendments will only be made prior to contract. Duty and taxes will be charged at the rates prevailing at the time of despatch. Delivery and credit card charges are additional.
Cancellations
Ezee Products Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Details of what we collect and why below:
User name and password - this is so we can keep your information safe and so that we can have your information to hand each time you visit us.
Name, address and postcode - without this we won't know where to send your order or to whom. We also use postcodes to quickly get your full address to save you typing it out, and in some cases to identify whether we deliver or offer services in your area.
Age / date of birth – we operate a strict over 18 only policy on our sites and we may need to verify that you are eligible to purchase goods from us.
No information may be submitted to Ezee Products Ltd by persons under the age of 18. Nor may persons under the age of 18 make purchases or other legal acts on this Site
Email address - we send a confirmation of your orders via email.
Telephone numbers - if there are any problems with your order or we need to check anything, we need to be able to contact you.
Payment card number, expiry date, issue no and name of card holder – when you purchase a product or service we need these details so we can collect payment in the same way as when we take payment in a store via chip and pin. We do not store any card data.
Ezee Products Ltd will on its own initiative, or at your request, replenish, rectify or erase any incomplete, inaccurate or out-dated personal data retained by Ezee Products Ltd in connection with the operation of this Site.

All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.
Security
Our payment providers, use state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks. We do not store any card data.

Time of Order
Orders received by us before 12 noon (GMT) during working days will normally be dispatched within 12 hours but please allow 2-5 days. Working days are Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.
Title to Goods
Property and title in the goods shall remain with Ezee Products Ltd and shall not pass to the customer until such time as Ezee Products Ltd. has received payment in full of all sums due on whatsoever account.
